Too busy to figure out a workout plan? Tired of Youtube videos where they keep talking when you just want to get done with the workout before the next meeting? This workout guide contains a 14-Day Home Workout Plan which can be done with or without any weights or machines. However, it is highly recommended that you use a pair of dumbbells for these exercises.


The workout plan consists of Resistance Training Exercises and has days allocated for cardio in the plan.


It contains:


1. The 2-Week Plan

2. Exercises for Strength Training with instructions

3. Links to videos for each exercise

4. Number of Repetitions and Sets

5. Alterations/variations you can do for the given exercise
