Simple Green Salad


  1. Lettuce, shredded, 1 cup

  2. Cucumber, cubed, 1 cup

  3. Cherry tomato, 5-6

  4. Onion, medium, sliced, 0.5

  5. Green Olives, whole, 5-6

  6. Black pepper, grounded, 1 tsp

  7. Salt, 1 tsp

  8. Lemon juice, 1 tsp


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all vegetables together.

  2. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.

You can make this salad and store it in the fridge without mixing the salt, lemon juice and pepper. You can add them just before serving.
