This simple and flavourful recipe for bell peppers with paneer mix is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. Filled with protein-rich paneer and a mix of spices, these bell peppers are sure to become a new family favourite.
If you are don't consume dairy, you can add tofu instead of paneer.
Red Bell Pepper, 2
Yellow Bell Pepper, 2
Green Bell Pepper, 2
Onion, Medium, 2
Tomato, Medium 2
Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Salt, as per taste
Red chilli flakes or peri-peri powder or ground pepper, for seasoning
Cut all bell peppers, onion, tomato and paneer or tofu into 1 inch pieces.
Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add all the veggies in the pan.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Add salt and then sauté on high heat till the vegetables are cooked yet crunchy.
Add paneer or tofu and sprinkle some salt and pepper or red chilli flakes or peri peri as desired.
Mix well for 3-4 minutes on low heat and serve hot.
Best eaten with roti or rice.
